Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of delivery at naturalhaircare@hairaddicct.com. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you will be required to provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order details. Once verified, our team will work diligently to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit where applicable.
