Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options

We offer several convenient delivery options to fit your needs:

• Priority Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

Once shipped, your package should arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

• Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

For faster delivery, select Express Shipping at checkout. Orders placed before 9 AM PST will ship the same business day; orders placed after 9 AM PST will ship the following business day. Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days after shipment.

• International Shipping (7–10 Business Days)

International orders may take 7–10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holidays). All Sales Are Final.

  • We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased.
  • Price adjustments on previously purchased items are not available.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Hair Addicct is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

However, many of our carriers (USPS, FedEx, and DHL) provide insured shipping, and our team is happy to assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped once the additional shipping fees have been paid. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delays.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our natural hair care products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of delivery at naturalhaircare@hairaddicct.com.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit, where applicable.
